Greetings! I am Paige Campbell and I am so excited to be your pastor and be in ministry at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church!

I am married to Todd, and we have a blended family of five young adult children, three dogs, and two horses. We live just south of Charleston.

I started in ministry in 1999 and have served at Monticello UMC, the Wesley Foundation at Eastern Illinois University, Altamont First UMC, and Effingham Centenary UMC. From January 2022 to June 2025, I worked as an executive assistant at a regional accounting firm. Through time and prayer, God told me it was time to return to church ministry, so here I am!

I am originally from the Chicago area, but have lived in Central Illinois for over half my life. In my spare time (which I don’t have much of!) I enjoy reading, spending time with friends and family, sports (Go Illini, da Bears, and anything tennis) and traveling.

There is great work to do for God here in Mt. Zion. Each day I pray for our community and the ways the ministries of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church can encourage others to love God, love others, and share Christ. If you don’t have a church home, I hope you will join us on Sunday morning at 9am.
